Does what it says on the tin. It's local Tic-Tac-Toe. I think you should when using the TW packager make it hide the UI and flag. Also you should add more animation and some music.
tl;dr. It's ok, could use some polish.

Pretty good, but you should add more animation to the bee, and there is a bug where the clouds can cut sometimes. I would also recommend for polish (ABSOLUTELY not something needed)
a day and night like thing. Sort of like... chrome dinos night-day system. This is a great start however!
