You made this on Scratch! I can tell from the effects, etc. Pretty good but needs a slightly higher quality character sprite, a bit pixely. Also needs a longer loop

yea I know, the music loop could be longer. I did it pretty quickly because at the time I was finishing the game, it was midnight and I wanted to go to sleep.

Does what it says on the tin. It's local Tic-Tac-Toe. I think you should when using the TW packager make it hide the UI and flag. Also you should add more animation and some music.

tl;dr. It's ok, could use some polish.
